Jai Ranjeet Guard & Security Services Pvt Ltd is an Indore-based security and manpower company. We recruit, verify, train and deploy uniformed personnel — and we supervise them after deployment, which is where most agencies stop.
We hold a PSARA licence covering the entire State of Madhya Pradesh, five independently audited certifications including ISO 9001 and SA 8000, and full PF, ESIC and labour-law registration. That paperwork is why government departments and banks are able to place work with us.

Yes. We are headquartered in Indore and deploy across Madhya Pradesh. Tell us the district and we will confirm coverage and supervision arrangements for that location.
Every person we deploy is verified and documented before posting, and records are maintained for your site file. The agency itself is licensed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act by the Government of Madhya Pradesh — licence PSA/L/14/MP/2022/AUG/3/231, valid for the entire State.
Pricing is per person, per month, and works the same way for security and for housekeeping. It depends on the number of posts, shift hours, whether the duty is armed or unarmed, supervisor requirement, and the statutory costs of PF, ESIC and insurance for each person deployed. You receive a written breakdown before anything is signed — no hidden heads.
Yes. Lady guards are available and are regularly deployed at schools, girls’ campuses and locations requiring female frisking staff. Availability depends on location and notice period.
Field officers visit posts, check turnout and manage shift rotation. Sites above a certain headcount get a dedicated site supervisor. Either way you are given one named point of contact for the life of the contract.
Yes. We take single-day and short-duration event postings — functions, exhibitions, festivals and corporate events — including crowd control, VIP lanes and bouncer deployment. Give us as much notice as you can so we can survey the venue first.
Yes. Housekeeping, mechanized cleaning, gardening, office boys and general support labour are supplied under the same contract, the same supervision and the same statutory compliance as our security postings. This scope is covered by our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, so you deal with one agency instead of three.
Yes. Facility and housekeeping manpower can be taken on its own — you are not required to take a security contract with it. Pricing is worked out the same way: per person, per month, based on duty hours, shift pattern and the statutory cost of PF, ESIC and insurance.
